Approach

Joined as Junior QA and worked alongside the team on manual testing while bootstrapping the first E2E automation. Built the initial Cypress tests for critical user flows and complemented them with Katalon Studio for broader scenarios.

Problem

Growing product with no formal QA processes, no test management tool, and inconsistent automation across the team.

Approach

As Team Lead QA, established foundational QA processes from scratch and ran end-to-end hiring β€” interviewing and onboarding new QA engineers. Introduced a Test Management Tool (TMT) as the single source of truth, built E2E automation in Cypress with BDD (Cucumber) running on Jenkins, and rolled out a structured testing workflow the whole team adopted.
