What data I collect

Through the contact form I only collect data you actively provide: name, email address, subject, and message content. I don't collect any other personal data on this website.

Purpose of processing

Your data is processed solely to respond to your message and, if relevant, to continue the conversation about potential collaboration. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third parties for advertising.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent given by submitting the form).

Retention period

I keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months from our last contact. After that the data is deleted, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records).

Recipients

The contact form is operated using Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA) as a data processor. Transfers outside the EU rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are used for the site to function (e.g. cookies set by the hosting platform Vercel). You are not tracked across other sites.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

  • right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')
  • right to restrict processing
  • right to data portability
  • right to object to processing
  • right to withdraw consent at any time

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
